BRTA means = Bangladesh Road Transport Authority.
AD means = Assistant Director.
AIT means = Advance Income Tax.
CSIM means = Citizen Service Information Map.
DD means = Deputy Director.
DCTB means = Driving Competency Test Board.
LA means = Licensing Authority.
NID Card means = National Identity Card.
RTC means = Regional Transport mCommittee.
TIN means = Tax Payer’s Identification Number.
UDC means = Union Digital Center.

Bangladesh Road Transport Authority is the regulatory body for public transportation in Bangladesh. The BRTA has been formulated by an Act of Parliament (Act No. XXVI) The BRTA regulates and controls all modes of road transport including buses, trucks, freight carriers and tourist vehicles. বর্গাকার/আয়তাকার চিহ্ন একটি সেবা প্রক্রিয়ার নির্দিষ্ট ধাপ/ক্রিয়া, কার্যকলাপের জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়।
3. Diamonds show “yes-no” decision points.
ডায়ামন্ড চিহ্নটি একটি সেবা প্রক্রিয়ার সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ ধাপ প্রদর্শনের জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়।
4. Arrows show the flow, or movement, of the process from one step to the next

5) P: Performer of the activity; a person, a group of persons, or a system
একটি নির্দিষ্ট ধাপের ক্রিয়া/কার্য সম্পাদনকারী ব্যক্তি/ব্যক্তিবর্গকে বুঝানাের জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়।
6) T: Activity turnaround time
একটি নির্দিষ্ট ধাপের ক্রিয়া/কার্য সম্পাদন করতে যে সময় লাগে তা প্রদর্শনের জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়।
The Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) is the national body governing road transport. The BRTA has promulgated a lot of rules and regulations for smooth operation of this sector.
